The decoration project for this villa in the exclusive Los Arqueros Golf Club in Benahavís (Marbella) focused on modernizing and revitalizing its appearance without losing sight of respecting some of the existing furniture pieces. The owners, originally from the UK, wish to continue enjoying their home but also recognized the need to adapt it to attract the vacation rental market.
To achieve this goal, a fresher and more contemporary style was incorporated, including the acquisition of new auxiliary furniture, modern lamps, updated upholstery, and abstract-themed paintings. Additionally, light tones were chosen to bring brightness and a sense of spaciousness to the rooms, while unnecessary and fragile decorative objects were removed, creating a more functional and welcoming atmosphere. This approach not only modernizes the villa but also makes it more appealing to future tenants and guests.
