This villa, located in a quiet residential area near Málaga airport, has undergone several interventions over the years, all of them carried out with a personalized approach and in close collaboration with its owners, who have become very good friends and loyal clients.
The initial comprehensive renovation, carried out in collaboration, was completed in 2007. During that first renovation, we transformed the overall layout of the villa, creating a seamless connection between the living room and the dining room, both on two different levels. As part of this design, we created a fireplace that acts as an elegant dividing element between the two spaces. We opted for innovative materials for the time, such as microcement in the master bathroom and natural wood in the kitchen, honoring the Scandinavian origins of the owner.
Over the years, I have continued working on various renovations and improvements for this villa. Among the most notable projects are the design of the front doors, general maintenance actions, and the selection of new fabrics for all the curtains and blinds in the house. Most recently, we completely renovated the kitchen, maintaining the original layout but updating it with new furniture, a natural wood countertop, modern wall cladding, and state-of-the-art appliances.
Each intervention has been carried out with a focus on quality, functionality, and respect for the tastes and needs of the owners, strengthening a relationship of trust and friendship that has endured over time.
